Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that selecting a home care provider is a significant decision, and we’re committed to making it as easy as possible for you. Here, you’ll find answers to common questions asked by clients considering our services.

How do you select your in-home caregivers?2024-05-28T19:53:49+00:00

All caregivers at Right Aid Home Care are licensed by the State of Pennsylvania, carry liability insurance, and undergo an extensive interview process with a member of our management team. To ensure they are highly qualified, each caregiver must also pass an extensive written competency exam.

At Right Aid Home Care, our goal is to only select the best caregivers for our organization. We also work hard to match the right caregiver with the right client. In most cases, the caregiver and client become friends while making you feel like they are part of your family.
